Terms and conditions Safe Truck.

Welcome to Safe Truck. Your use of our site, requesting a quote and/or any of our services, implies that you have accepted the Terms and Conditions stated on this page. Before availing our services, please take them into consideration.

1. Service Agreement

Safe Truck offers relocation services such as packing, transferring, delivery, loading/unloading and other moving services.
A booking is only confirmed when the customer accepts the final quotation availed by our team.

We may also deny or decline any service request in case of incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information subdued by the request.

2. Pricing & Quotation

The quotations made by Safe Truck are founded on the following factors:

Inventory size

Packing materials required

Floor / lift availability.

Distance of relocation

Other more services demanded.

Prices can be different in case the customer makes additional purchases or amends shifting details during pick up.

3. Payment Terms

Wholesale must have been cleared before or during unloading.

The amount of advance booking (when paid) is not refundable unless otherwise.

We take UPI, bank transfer, and cash payments.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Offer correct shifting information (inventory, floor, date and time).

Report delicate or expensive products to our team.

Get building permits, lifts, and parking (where needed).

Be on hand or get someone in charge of packing and delivery.

5. Packing & Material Usage

The packing materials we employ are of high quality depending on the items being shifted.
Additional material charges can be charged to special packing (TV, glass items, antiques, electronics, etc).

6. Delay & Rescheduling Policy

Traffic, weather, roadblocks or causes beyond our control can cause delays which will influence delivery time.
Re-scheduling of the move can take place within 12 hours in advance by the customers depending on the availability of the team.

7. Damage Policy

Safe Truck is very careful when packing and moving.
Nevertheless, this is not always possible because people may have some minor scratches or wear depending on how they handle them and the condition of the road.

We do not cover:

Pre-existing damage

Mechanical problems within the house (appliances).

Items not packed by us

There was damage caused as a result of inadequate access to the building or customer handling.

Significant losses incurred through found negligence in our team will be considered on a case-to-case basis.

8. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

Cash, jewelry or valuables

Combustible or explosive goods.

Perishable food, liquids or chemicals.

Illegal substances

The act of carrying illegal goods without the knowledge of the team can lead to the cancellation of service.

9. Intercity Relocation Terms

For outstation moves:

Time of delivery is dependent on the conditions of a route and distance.

Complete or partial progress could be demanded.

Customer has to reach at point of dropping on the date.

Storage fee can be charged in case of late delivery because of the unavailability of the customers.

10. Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee may be charged in case of cancellation 12 hours before the time of shifting.

Cancellation upon arriving the team will be charged up to 50 percent of the agreed amount on the spot.

11. Website Usage Terms

You are agreeing not to use our site to:

Steal material without authorisation.

Send spam or harmful files

Misuse inquiry forms

The logos, content, images and the materials of the websites are all owned by Safe Truck and may not be duplicated.

12. Privacy & Data Usage

The information provided to Safe Truck (form, call, WhatsApp) in the form of customer details is confidential and is utilized in the service purpose.
We do not sell/give out the details of our customer to any third parties.

13. Liability Limitations

Safe Truck does not have any responsibility on:

External delays on the part of external conditions.

Natural disaster or accidental damages.

Wrong information presented by the customer.

Problems of third-party transport (when selected by customer)

14. Changes to Terms

Safe Truck can amend or modify these Terms and Conditions as it pleases.
By using our services further, you will accept the new terms.
